Returns Policy

At Nest Loft, our goal is to provide you with the best quality furniture that you need-- and we want you to take delight in your purchases from our store. If by some reason you are not happy with our products though, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policies as follows:

Pre-Authorization

Returns must be pre-authorized by us. Pre-authorization for returns may be done by calling 877-417-2385.

Without the returns pre-authorization from Nest Loft, the returned product will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Non-stock items though such as special orders and polycarbonate items are not eligible for returns.

Returns Eligibility

Products for return must be in the original packaging, new, and unused in order to qualify for a return and refund. Assembling or otherwise using the product in any way may affect the product's eligibility for returns and refund.

Nest Loft reserves the right to not accept return and refund for the following specific items:

  • Clearance Products
  • Gift Certificates
  • Customized Items
  • Items that are specifically labeled as "Non-Returnable"
  • And such other products that we may deem to be non eligible for returns or refund as the case may be.

Refund Information

Products eligible for return are also eligible for refund. This refund credit is issued within 24 hours once the item is received and approved for return. Shipping charges though are non-refundable. The cost of shipping return then will be deducted from the total refund price.

Refund is issued back to the original mode of payment, or in the mode of store credit. You may communicate with us your preferred mode of payment refund.

The total of the refund amount is equivalent to the product purchase price less the return shipping costs. Other fees may be applied such as handling fee, and such other equitable delivery and shipping costs.

Credits are issued within 24 hours after approval of the return and refund. Notification will be sent to the buyer via email, or any other preferred mode of notification once the refund is processed and credited.

Gift return is subject only to store credit No worries, you don't have to inform the giver, neither would we!)

Recipients of Gift Cards purchasing items on our store may submit the purchased product for return, but not for refund.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

Our return policies do not apply to all the products we have in store. With this, we suggest reviewing the item's return policy before you make your purchase to learn about its return policy. Items not eligible for returns include, but is not limited to the following items:

  • Mattresses
  • Luggage and Bags
  • Custom Blinds

If the item you purchased from is found damaged or defective upon delivery, we will be happy to replace the same promptly. It is important to note that damages and defects on our product must be communicated to us within 30 days of delivery. Please call our returns pre-authorization lines at 877-417-2385.
